此產品自購買之日起,即享有一年免費保固期之權益。產品若有瑕疵請於收到貨七天內請向經銷商更換新品。退貨時包裝與配件須齊全(如電源供應器、皮套、使用說明書、轉接頭、卡片…等),以下情況恕不受理退貨:
1.           商品因不當使用、保管之人為因素而造成之故障、損毀、刮傷、髒汙。
2.           出貨單、發票、配件或包裝等任一項不齊者。
3.           若無本公司或經銷商保固貼紙,保證卡。
4.           機體本身之出廠序號標撕毀、私自塗改、無法辨識。
 
超過7日且在保固期內,產品如出現故障請聯系經銷商免費維修,屬於以下非保固範圍內之故障喪失免費維修之權益:
1.           因人為疏失、自行拆卸導致損壞或使用不當造成損壞。
2.           碰摔撞擊、使用疏忽;或因不正常的測試、自行維修、自行改裝零件與外殼所造成的故障。
3.           用非原廠制式電源供應器充電所引起的故障。
4.           配件與贈品,除特別說明外。
 
收貨7日內因產品有瑕疵需更換所產生的費用,由本公司吸收;保固期滿後,屬於維修性質之服務,須酌收檢修工時費用,若有零件需更換,費用另計。
